1. All existing timber fascia boards and gutters are removed.

2. The roofing tiles are stripped back to expose the rafter ends to see if any rafters need to be replaced.

3. Top quality PVC fascia and soffit boards are installed with a ventilation system to comply with the current building regulations.

4. The felt edge at the eaves level is renewed to prevent rainwater penetration and draped into your new gutter system.

5. Rainwater goods are installed in a colour of your choice.

6. The products are now cleaned and sealed before being handed over to you.

7. The verge can be completed in either a mortar finish or a dry verge system (as shown).

8. Now the installation is complete you can relax and forget about maintenance.
